In March 2012, the Centers for Disease Control announced that 1 in 88 children are diagnosed with autism. This has drawn global attention with over 71 percent of Americans expressing interest in learning more about autism alone. More and more autistic students are sharing their stories through social media, but only few have shared experiences of overcoming their daily challenges. We aim to capture a student’s ambition of how he/she aspires to overcome autism by looking at their past, present, and future. This film is targeted towards those families impacted by autism.
This film and website are the base of our funding campaign. We want to raise 4,000 dollars by mid October and we need your help to pull it off. Our Kickstarter will be up shortly and you will find it above in the menu. We will continue to keep you posted. And if you know someone who may fit the description of our main subject, please give us a shout!
Thank you for your interest! Spread the word!
